Swim Works is a private family purpose-built swim centre based in Hillmorton, Rugby. We pride ourselves on delivering a superior swim experience. We are expanding our swim team and we are looking for a swim teacher to join us.

This position is for:

Sunday: Baby & Preschool Teaching

8.30am-1pm

Candidates must be reliable and 18 years+ for this position.

Candidates who already have swim qualifications (STA Award, ASA Level 2 and/or Baby and Preschool) would be ideal, but our important attributes are reliability, the passion for being in water and working with children. You may have some nervous children (and parents) who are experiencing a swimming pool for the first time so someone with good communication with a bubbly personality is a must! Full training will be given to the right candidates.

You need to understand how to teach children's swimming effectively so that they are always learning something new and are always having fun. As part of Swim Works, you will become be a dedicated Swim professional, who leads by example and is entirely committed to helping our swimmers achieve their aims.
