Swimming Teacher

to run daily school swimming lessons across multiple sites.

The Role

You'll deliver structured, engaging swimming lessons for primary-aged pupils (5-11) in our mobile pool.

Hours:

Monday-Friday, 9:00am-3:00pm (term-time). Optional paid work available in half terms.

You'll work closely with our Operations Manager and Director, with support every day to keep standards high and sessions running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

Lead or support high-quality swimming lessons for primary pupils Maintain safety and supervision in and around the pool Follow all health & safety and safeguarding procedures Support basic pool operations (training provided) Communicate effectively with school staff Provide daily lesson feedback to the Ops Manager

What We're Looking For

Confident teaching children aged 5-11 Able to manage group sessions independently Professional, reliable and great with people Passionate about helping pupils achieve water-confidence and their 25m standard Comfortable working in a mobile pool set-up Strong communicator who can represent the company well in schools

Essential Requirements

STA Level 2 Award/Certificate OR Swim England Level 2 Clean, Enhanced DBS (or willing to undertake) First Aid (preferred) Experience working with children (schools, clubs, or similar) Own transport to travel to different school sites

Desirable (Not Essential)

RLSS NPLQ Pool Plant Operator qualification
