Job Description

Experienced fun swim teacher required to work Saturday morning 5 hour shift 8.30am till 1 .30pm teaching 3-1 in / 4-1 in our warm pool , these lessons are from stage 2 upwards so very small private classes in 31 / 32 degree water

We have our own pools so are Not term time , so a good mixture of classes

Pay is 17.50 to 19.00 per hour

We also have Sunday afternoon. Hours available 3-5 hours same teaching sessions as Saturdays

- Develop and implement lesson plans that align with the swim program's goals and objectives
- Provide a safe and supportive learning environment for participants
- Evaluate and track the progress of each swimmer and provide feedback for improvement
- Ensure the pool area is clean, organized, and safe for all participants
- Communicate effectively with parents or guardians regarding their child's progress

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sports coaching or teaching is preferred
- Strong swimming skills and knowledge of various swimming strokes and techniques
- Ability to effectively communicate and demonstrate swimming skills to participants
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with individuals of all ages
- CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to pass a background check
