From swimming lessons and aqua aerobics to our accessible Pool Pod, we ensure that everyone, from beginners to seasoned swimmers, can enjoy the water. With a comfortable temperature of 29.5C - 30C, it's the perfect environment for all.

We're looking for passionate and dedicated swimming instructors to join our dynamic team!

What We're Looking For:

Qualified Instructor

: You must hold a Swim England or STA Level 2 Swimming Teaching Qualification.

Safety-Focused

: You prioritise swimmer safety and create a supportive learning environment.

Excellent Communicator

: You can effectively engage with swimmers of all ages and maintain clear communication with parents.

Tech-Savvy

: Comfortable using electronic devices to manage registers and administrative tasks.

Proactive Attitude

: You stay up to date with training, compliance, and the latest teaching methods.

Desirable Attributes:

Experience

: Previous swimming instruction experience is advantageous.

Additional Certifications

: RLSS National Pool Lifeguard Qualification or First Aid Certification is a plus.

Calm and Motivational

: You can remain composed in challenging situations and motivate learners to reach their potential.
