Part-Time Swimming Teacher

to join our team at a private pool in Stambourne, Essex. You'll be teaching small groups and one-on-one lessons, offering a more personal and rewarding teaching experience compared to busy public pools.

What You'll Do:

Teach swimmers of all ages and abilities in a quiet, private pool setting. Deliver tailored lessons to suit individual goals--from water confidence to stroke development. Create a safe, supportive, and encouraging environment. Communicate clearly with swimmers about progress. Maintain high standards of safety and poolside professionalism.

What We're Looking For:

Qualified Swimming Instructor

(ASA, STA or equivalent). Current lifesaving or first aid certification is an advantage. Experience teaching in private or small-group settings. Friendly, professional, and patient approach. Reliable, punctual, and well-organized. Willing to offer cover for additional sessions when needed.
