Trafford Leisure is looking for passionate Swim England Level 1 and 2 Swimming Teachers to help shape the future of swimming in our community.

Urmston

Salary:

12.90 per hour for level 1

/

16 per hour for level 2

Hours:

We have various hours available and can work with your availability. We are especially looking for a level 2 on a Saturday 8:30am - 1pm.

The Role

Level 2 qualification with Swim England

.

In this role of

Swimming Teacher

, you will be responsible for:


+ Assisting or leading structured swimming lessons for children and adults. + Supporting or delivering assessments in line with the Swim England Learn to Swim framework.
+ Helping coordinate awards and swimmer progress tracking.
+ Communicating with parents, guardians, and colleagues to support swimmer development.
+ Maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming teaching environment.
+ Managing basic admin tasks such as lesson scheduling and progress records.
