Job description
Our client, a leading organisation in the Defence & Security sector, is currently seeking a Systems Architect to join their team on a contract basis in West Midlands. This role supports a high-impact initiatives, requiring significant on-site attendance and DV Clearance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support and undertake the migration of the current C4IS4 system.
- Reuse supported hardware from existing infrastructure where reasonable.
- Deliver Enterprise Platform capability in accordance with the Service Specification.
- Coordinate with multiple stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
- Manage and supervise systems integration and configuration tasks.
- Ensure compliance with Defence & Security protocols and standards.
- Provide technical guidance and oversight for projects.
- Maintain high standards for system performance, security, and reliability.
- Significant experience in Systems Architecture within Defence & Security.
- Proven capability in managing large-scale system migrations and integrations.
- Deep understanding of C4IS4 systems and Enterprise Platforms.
- Current DV clearance is mandatory.
- Strong ability to work collaboratively in a high-security environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness and ability to work predominantly on-site.
