We're now looking for a System Configuration Team Manager to lead this talented team. If you're a natural problem-solver with a passion for precision and a knack for coaching others, this could be your next big move.
What You'll Do
Lead a team of Systems Change Administrators, supporting their growth and ensuring high-quality delivery
Translate business requirements into system configuration across platforms like Orca, Edge, and DebtStream
Manage change control processes including versioning, UAT, and release governance
Maintain detailed documentation and audit trails for every change
Collaborate with Operations, Strategy, and Client Services to drive automation and efficiency
Ensure compliance with FCA, ICO, and client standards
Investigate and resolve configuration-related incidents, conducting root-cause analysis and implementing fixes
Who You Are
Experienced in system configuration, workflow management, or change control within financial services or debt recovery
A confident leader with proven people management skills
Detail-oriented with strong documentation and analytical capabilities
Skilled in SQL -- from writing queries to troubleshooting data issues
Comfortable navigating complex systems and translating business needs into technical logic
Familiar with change governance frameworks like CAB and UAT (desirable)
Knowledge of platforms like Edge, ORCA, or DebtStream is a plus
