We're looking for a System Implementation Coordinator to lead the roll-out of our brand-new Learning Management System (Kallidus) on a 12-month fixed-term contract.
This is a key opportunity to drive a high-impact, cross-functional project that will shape how our teams access, engage with, and benefit from digital learning. You'll work closely with internal departments and external vendors to deliver a seamless implementation experience--from discovery to go-live and beyond.
What You'll Be Doing
Lead the End-to-End Rollout
- Plan and manage the full implementation of the Kallidus LMS, coordinating teams across HR, L&D, IT, and Compliance.
Own the Project Timeline
- Build and maintain detailed project schedules and implementation roadmaps.
Engage with Stakeholders
- Act as the primary liaison between internal teams and external vendors, ensuring training objectives are met.
Configure & Test the System
- Oversee system configuration, data migration, user setup, and user acceptance testing.
Support & Train Users
- Develop user-friendly guides and deliver training to system admins and end users.
Optimise & Improve
- Support post-launch feedback, troubleshoot issues, and lead continuous improvement efforts.
What You'll Bring
Proven experience coordinating system or LMS implementations
Familiarity with platforms like Kallidus, Moodle, SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, etc.
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Proactive project management and documentation ability
Eye for detail and commitment to data accuracy and quality assurance
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools
