In this hands-on role, the successful candidate will manage system performance, troubleshoot issues, apply updates, and ensure network security. They will take ownership of key systems, drive continuous improvements, and provide professional IT support across all offices keeping operations running smoothly and securely.
Essential skills:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline. Experience in a similar role within an enterprise network environment Strong technical skills and relevant certifications Experience with ServiceNow. Solid understanding of network topology and enterprise systems.
