The Role

We are looking for a Systems Administrator to join our team to help deliver Maconomy ERP projects that will improve the functionality and use of the system across Inizio. Reporting into our Maconomy Project Manager, you will support the successful project delivery of multiple work streams, manage suppliers, manage interdependencies, risks & issues, coordinate testing, and provide support and training to our teams.

We encourage you to work where you work best - in the office, remote-working, or hybrid working. There may be a small amount of travel involved, where required.

Here\'s what you\'ll be doing

  • User Support: provide technical support to users experiencing issues with the Maconomy application. Troubleshoot and resolve problems in a timely manner.
  • Documentation: maintain comprehensive documentation of the Maconomy application environment, including configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with the IT, finance, and project management teams to understand and address their technical requirements, and align the Maconomy application accordingly.
  • Vendor Liaison: work with Maconomy application vendors to stay up-to-date with software updates, enhancements, and new features. Coordinate vendor support when needed.
  • Capacity Planning: monitor resources and plan for future capacity needs based on projected business growth and usage trends.
  • Change Management: manage changes to the Maconomy application environment, ensuring testing and communication to minimise disruptions and risks.
  • Continuous Improvement: identify opportunities for process and system improvements to enhance the efficiency, effectiveness, and user experience of the Maconomy application.
  • Support the configuration activities for the Maconomy application
  • Performance Optimization: Monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and co-ordinate implementation of necessary optimizations to maintain efficient operation of the Maconomy application.
What do you bring to the role?
  • Systems Administration experience with a focus on managing Maconomy applications.
  • Experience with financial and project management processes, especially within the context of the Maconomy application.
  • A team-oriented, collaborative mindset.
  • Proficiency in system administration tasks, including configuration, optimization, and troubleshooting.
  • The ability to work with technical and non-technical team members.
