Main Purpose of the Role & Responsibilities in the business




As a Business Support Associate in Kainos, you will be responsible for providing high quality administrative services and processes that support the core business at Kainos. You will be accountable for delivering high quality work in line with company policies and process guidelines. You will be working as part of a team to effectively deliver support to the core business.



Primary responsibilities include:



IT Equipment Coordination:

laptop provisioning and peripheral requests for new and existing staff, and kit retrievals from leavers.

Stakeholder Engagement

: Liaise with external vendors to resolve order and courier-related issues, ensuring smooth delivery and service continuity.

Documentation:

Maintain accurate records of orders, tickets, and device movements

Policy Compliance

: Ensuring all tasks are completed in accordance with company policies and process guidelines.

License Management

- Supporting the allocation of required licenses by adhering to internal guidelines and helping to troubleshoot any related problems.

Minimum (Essential) Requirements:



Previous experience in logistics or administrative roles. Experience with Office 365 Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) or equivalent. Strong time management and planning skills. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously Thrives under pressure while maintaining composure and productivity. Ability to complete tasks within deadlines and prioritise accordingly. Good verbal and written communication skills with both staff and external stakeholders.

Desirable Skills:



Familiarity with JIRA, Kimble, SharePoint or Workday.
