Systems & Cafm Development Manager (estates & Facilities)

Job Description

Adecco are currently searching for a Systems & CAFM Development Manager within the Building Engineering Maintenance (BEM) team, responsible for leading the development and management of Estates systems, data, processes and compliance across a large and complex hospital estate. You will play a key part in ensuring the safety, efficiency and performance of critical infrastructure.
The Role:

  • Lead the development, operation and optimisation of the Trust's CAFM system (Concept)
  • Maintain and develop the electronic asset database and asset management processes
  • Oversee data quality, reporting, document control and information governance
  • Produce compliance reporting, KPIs and statutory assurance information
  • Manage system upgrades, training delivery and user engagement
  • Lead projects relating to estates data and process improvement
  • Support the delivery of effective planned and reactive maintenance programmes
  • Act as technical and managerial lead for systems under your control
  • Line manage and develop staff, promoting a culture of continuous improvement
  • Your work will directly support safe, compliant and efficient operations, ensuring Estates information is accurate, accessible and effectively used to inform decision-making.
Skills & Experience
We are looking for a confident estates systems professional with:
  • Significant experience within technical or Estates management / system environments
  • Strong understanding of CAFM, asset management and maintenance data
  • Proven experience leading teams and developing processes
  • Excellent IT capability including MS applications and data management
  • Project management experience (PRINCE2 Practitioner desirable)
  • Strong communication skills, able to translate complex information for non-technical stakeholders
  • Ability to drive improvement and lead change within a busy operational setting
  • Experience within public-sector Estates or a healthcare environment would be highly advantageous.
