The Role
We are looking for an experienced
Systems & Data Manager
to ensure our sales and customer acquisition activities are supported by accurate, reliable and actionable data, alongside well-optimised sales and marketing systems.
Working within the Sales Support function, you will combine CRM management and data analytics expertise to develop, enhance and govern our core systems. You will play a key role in enabling insight-led decision-making, improving the customer journey and driving sales effectiveness across Audley Villages, Mayfield Villages and Elysian Villages.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and optimise CRM and core sales and marketing systems to maximise performance and user adoption.
Ensure high standards of data quality, governance and compliance across sales and marketing data.
Deliver clear, actionable reporting and dashboards for sales leadership and senior stakeholders.
Partner with Sales, Marketing, Operations and IT teams to support the full customer acquisition journey.
Provide insight and analysis to inform sales performance, pipeline health and customer trends.
Support, train and engage system users to promote best practice and continuous improvement.
About You
Degree (or equivalent) in Business, IT, Data Management, or a related field.
Professional certifications in CRM systems, data analytics, or related software tools (desirable).
Evidence of continuous professional development in systems or data discipline.
Track record of managing and optimising CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics, or similar).
Proven experience in data analysis and reporting in a sales or commercial environment.
Strong background in system implementation, integration, and user adoption.
Experience working closely with sales and marketing functions to support business growth.
Demonstrable success in improving data quality standards and developing governance frameworks.
Exposure to customer journey mapping and experience with sales optimisation initiatives.

Excellent system and data management skills, including reporting tools and CRM customisation.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify technical information for business users.
Commercially aware, understanding the link between systems, data, and business performance.
High attention to detail with a proactive and improvement-focused mindset.
Commitment to data protection, compliance, and ethical use of information.
