THE OPPORTUNITY



We are seeking experienced System Engineers to support our team in delivering key changes associated with Defence Sector Projects. The role involves working across the full V-lifecycle, encompassing requirements capture, system design, implementation, and verification.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:



o Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze, refine, and document system requirements.


o Design, develop, and integrate system components in line with program specifications. Perform system modeling and simulation to support design validation and trade-off analyses.


o Develop and execute comprehensive verification and validation plans to ensure system compliance with requirements.


o Manage and track system changes, ensuring alignment with customer expectations and program milestones.


o Provide technical support during integration and testing phases, addressing any issues or anomalies. o Create and maintain technical documentation throughout the project lifecycle.


o Engage proactively and maintain clear communication with key stakeholders, ensuring alignment of requirements, timely issue resolution, and smooth progression of project deliverables .


EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:



o Proven experience in system engineering, particularly across the full V-lifecycle.


o Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on systems integration and verification.


o Familiarity with systems engineering tools and methodologies.


o Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment with evolving priorities.


o Excellent communication and collaboration skills for interaction with internal teams and external stakeholders.


o Preferred previous experience with aerospace or defence systems.


o Proficiency in requirements management tools such as DOORS or similar.
