What You\'ll Be Doing as a Systems Engineer;

Analyzing, Defining, Evaluating, and Delivering: You\'ll be at the forefront of designing and delivering systems that meet program, business, and customer requirements.

Engineering Expertise: Apply your engineering and architecture expertise to complex products, systems, and process development.

Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.

Market Awareness: Stay informed about competitors and suppliers\' products and services.

Team Leadership: Lead and inspire the team to continually raise the bar and push technology boundaries.

Innovation Facilitation: Drive the evolution of innovative ideas, from prototyping to delivery and support.

Strategic Alignment: Support the wider business vision and strategy to achieve business objectives.

Your Skills and Experiences for a Systems Engineering role;

Essential:

Strong IT Understanding: A deep understanding of IT is a must.

Design and Development: Proven experience in design, development, and delivery of plans, processes, products, systems, and services.

Cost/Benefits Analysis: Ability to conduct cost/benefits analysis for appropriate technologies, including compute, storage, networking, and security aspects.

Understanding Of:

MoD or Industry IT Projects: Familiarity with MoD or industry IT projects and programs.

Information Assurance (IA) and Cyber Security: Knowledge of IA and cyber security practices.

Security Architectures: Understanding of security architectures, COTS integration, and virtualization.

Cloud-Based Solutions: Awareness of cloud-based solutions.
