Role Overview




We are seeking an enthusiastic

Systems Engineer Draughtsperson

to join our Engineering team. This entry-level role is perfect for someone passionate about technology and the SatCom industry, eager to learn and contribute to the design and documentation of complex RF systems.

You will play a vital role in supporting our Systems Engineers by producing accurate technical drawings, managing parts and BOMs, and creating essential documentation. This position offers exposure to a wide range of engineering activities and the opportunity to grow within a dynamic, forward-thinking organisation.

Key Accountabilities



Provide daily engineering support for

New Part Requests

, including part and BOM upload, management, and creation Produce

technical drawings

, including cable set diagrams and system layouts Assist in creating

product manuals

, process diagrams, and project documentation Collaborate with Systems Engineers to ensure designs meet project requirements and quality standards Maintain accurate records and documentation to support manufacturing and installation Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the engineering process

Our ideal candidate




The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in engineering and a genuine passion for the satellite communications industry. They should hold an HNC/HND or relevant experience for the role and be confident using CAD tools such as AutoCAD or SolidWorks. Attention to detail, the ability to interpret technical specifications, and a willingness to learn are essential for success in this role.

This role requires you to work on-site at our modern manufacturing facility outside Hereford. Before applying, please make sure you can commute to
