The Role
This is an exciting opportunity to support our Head Office with its IT needs.
We are looking for someone with a keen interest in IT and systems who can start making an impact from day one.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the Systems Support email inbox and helpdesk queries, ensuring issues are prioritised and logged appropriately in a Trello workspace.
Provide administrative support with diary management including scheduling meetings and appointments via Microsoft Teams.
Assist in testing system updates and new features to ensure smooth implementation and functionality.
Analyse reported issues, testing / recreating and escalate as necessary
Liaise with external support providers to coordinate and resolve technical queries.
Contribute to research and development projects as needed, supporting innovation and continuous improvement.
Provide cover for the Group Head of Systems when needed.
