Salary - 31,300- 33,300 (+750 Car Allowance) per annum



Contract type - Permanent




Working hours - Full Time

About the role



The Systems trainer role provides vital support and training to ensure digital competence and confidence across the full suite of organisational systems. The role is responsible for working with a range of stakeholders, including customers, business users, support resources and suppliers to deliver effective learning solutions that achieve the required business value.


Key responsibilities include:


To create suitable learning interventions to support the development of colleague`s digital skills, this includes face to face, virtual workshops and eLearning, utilising the technology that is available Develop and maintain user-friendly manuals, e-learning modules, job aids, and guides that clearly explain systems and processes. Provide 1:1 coaching, remote support, and refresher training as needed to help colleagues to get the most from our systems. To deliver a regular calendar of engaging face to face and virtual workshops to support the development of digital skills and confidence.

About you



Essential:


Ability to build effective relationships and apply influencing skills with the ability to collaborate cross functionally Experience in supporting the delivery of projects from start to completion Excellent analysis skills; the ability to collect & understand/link data to creatively solve problems & to arrive at sound decisions understanding the level of a problem. Good organisational, time management and prioritisation skills with the ability to meet deadlines and to determine an appropriate course of action in spite of changing demands Training experience with IT systems (including as a systems administrator or power user) Excellent working knowledge & experience of using of Microsoft Office 365 suite. Awareness of data security and cyber hygiene

Desirable:


Demonstrable use of Analytical tools such as Excel and Power BI Knowledge of in house systems such as MRI (Housing Management System), ServiceConnect, REACT, HALO Webportal, GIS. Knowledge of AI adoption
