About Your Opportunity Our involvement with all engineering disciplines places us in a unique position to support the continued sustainment and development of our sovereign defence capability. The Systems V&V Engineer will support the Systems V&V Team Lead in delivering IVVTQA into multi-disciplined project teams, under direction of the project delivery management. Aside from technical delivery of IVVTQA for an assigned project the Systems V&V Engineer is a key member of the IVVTQA department, where they are supported by a V&V line manager. Support department process improvement and contribute ideas to innovate/ enhance the function and areas of IVVTQA growth. Attend and input into the IVVTQA department via cascade meetings. Comply and implement all policies, processes and procedures relating to Line Management and Technical delivery. Provide support, supervision and guidance of junior IVVTQA team members. Comply with security requirements. Your Experience: Degree/ HND/ HNC or equivalent experience in IVVTQA/ ITEA for Systems Engineering/ Software/ Hardware Engineering or Control Systems Engineering Competent in the use of DOORS or similar requirements management tool Experienced in Software and Hardware testing experience of complex PLC based control systems, other complex HMI control systems MBSE/ OOSE, capability delivery, or other concepts to supplement the traditional SE/ IVVTQA approach. Natural problem solver, through RCA, develop solutions to a variety of problems, plan/ implement remediation actions to resolution.
