T\xc5\xb7 Pawb \xe2\x80\x93 Reception \xe2\x80\x93 Front of House Permanent T\xc5\xb7 Pawb, Market St, Wrexham, LL13 8BY 27 Hours The ability to speak Welsh fluently is essential for this post. Grade 04 \xc2\xa323,500 to \xc2\xa323,893 Pro rata T\xc5\xb7 Pawb is seeking to appoint an experienced and committed reception/front of house staff member to join our operations team at Wrexham\xe2\x80\x99s Arts, Markets and Cultural centre. The reception/front of house staff work closely with the T\xc5\xb7 Pawb operations team, centre support team and wider Arts and Events teams to ensure the smooth running of the centre and all of the events and activities undertaken there. The post is a Welsh essential post, with the post holder being the first point of contact for visitors to T\xc5\xb7 Pawb. The post holder should possess excellent verbal and written communication skills and will be responsible for maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for all. The successful candidate will need to demonstrate a flexible and resourceful approach to delivering a front facing customer focussed service and to provide clerical, retail, technical and administrative support to the T\xc5\xb7 Pawbteam,. This will involve dealing with room bookings, Health & Safety, liaising with tenants/traders/general public and maintaining records in line with council policies and procedures. The post holder will provide a range of customer support functions, including responding to visitor enquiries, front of house duties associated with exhibitions, events, markets and the arts programme and the daily running of T\xc5\xb7 Pawb. This is a Welsh essential post where written and spoken Welsh is required. Applicants must apply in Welsh for this post.
