At Glemsford, we are excited to welcome a dedicated Teaching Assistant who will play a key role in supporting learning and development across our vibrant classrooms. Our school is a warm and inclusive community, and we're looking for someone who shares our passion for helping every child thrive.
You'll bring enthusiasm and a genuine commitment to supporting children, along with a calm, patient, and encouraging approach that makes learning enjoyable. Being self-motivated and able to manage time effectively will help you make the most of every learning opportunity. Flexibility is important too, as you'll be supporting children in a variety of situations and adapting to their individual needs.
Strong English and Maths skills are essential, as is the ability to differentiate when leading learning. We value initiative and creativity, so you'll feel confident in taking the lead when needed. Above all, you'll be committed to your own professional growth, as we believe learning never stops.
In return, we offer a welcoming and supportive team, a leadership group dedicated to your development, and wonderful children and families who love their school. You'll join a community rich in expertise and experience, with opportunities to share your strengths and learn from others. Our senior leaders and governors are caring and committed to ensuring you feel valued and supported every step of the way.
