Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and professional Host to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a warm welcome and efficient seating arrangements. This role is essential in creating a positive experience and requires excellent communication and hospitality skills.

Responsibilities
Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and welcoming attitude. Escort guests to their tables, presenting menus. Attention to detail ensuring a tailored experience to each customers needs. Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally, striving for excellent guest services. Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the front-of-house area. ensuring tables are stocked with glasses and drinks mixers throughout the duration of the shift.
Skills
Strong hospitality skills with a focus on guest satisfaction. Excellent communication skills. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Being able to handle customer queries or complaints with a positive attitude.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Zero hours contract
Pay: 10.00-12.21 per hour
Expected hours: 15 - 40 per week
