Junior Table Tennis Club
at Bishops Perowne School and are looking for an enthusiasticTable Tennis Coach
to lead weekly sessions. The focus is onfun, skill development and participation
, introducing young people to the sport and helping them build confidence, coordination, and enjoyment through table tennis.Responsibilities
Plan and deliver engaging table tennis sessions for junior players (beginners and improvers). Teach core skills including serving, rallies, footwork, and match play in a fun, inclusive way. Create a safe and positive environment that encourages learning, teamwork, and enjoyment. Support player development while keeping the emphasis on participation and fun. Set up and pack away equipment as required.
Requirements
A recognised
Table Tennis England coaching qualification (UKCC Level 1 minimum, Level 2 preferred)
. Experience coaching or working with children and young people. Enthusiastic, approachable, and able to inspire beginners to enjoy the sport. Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection procedures. First Aid qualification desirable (training can be provided if needed).Job Types: Freelance, Zero hours contract
Pay: 18.00-22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 2 per week
