Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic counter assistant for our busy takeaway. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing excellent customer service and a keen interest in building a career in hospitality. As a Server, you will be responsible for ensuring customers have an enjoyable dining experience by delivering exceptional service, taking orders accurately, and assisting with food preparation as needed.

Duties

Take food orders accurately and efficiently. Serve food to customers, ensuring timely delivery. Assist with food preparation and kitchen duties as required. Maintain knowledge of the takeaway menu, including ingredients and potential allergens. Ensure compliance with food safety standards and hygiene regulations. Handle payments and process transactions accurately. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow.

Skills

Previous experience is highly desirable. Strong food preparation skills Knowledge of food safety practices to maintain a safe dining environment. Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing bills. Excellent time management abilities to handle custmers efficiently.
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From 12.50 per hour

Expected hours: 16 per week
