Opportunity: Talent Acquisition Advisor (12-Month Contract)





Location: Manchester

Duration: 12 months

Agile working available after probation


Our Talent Acquisition team is looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Advisor to deliver end-to-end recruitment services across permanent, fixed-term, temporary, and volume hiring needs. You'll play a key role in shaping our workforce and ensuring a positive experience for candidates and hiring teams alike.

What You'll Be Doing



Acting as a trusted recruitment partner across the business Managing the full recruitment lifecycle with efficiency and care Advising and supporting stakeholders at all levels Driving inclusive attraction strategies to source diverse, skilled talent Promoting Electricity North West as an Employer of Choice Collaborating with the Talent Acquisition Manager and wider team on strategic initiatives

What We're Looking For



Proven experience in a similar role (in-house or RPO) Strong understanding of recruitment legislation and best practices Experience managing volume recruitment campaigns Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills Proficiency with ATS systems and sourcing tools (including Boolean search) Familiarity with job boards and social media as recruitment channels Strong communication and MS Office skills Resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced environment A full, valid UK driving licence Eligibility to work in the UK without sponsorship
