About The Role



As a Talent Acquisition Advisor at Carnell, you'll be at the heart of our hiring process, helping to attract, support, and onboard great people while ensuring a smooth experience for candidates and managers alike.

What You'll Do



Partner with hiring managers to understand their vacancy requirements Write engaging job adverts in line with company policy Screen candidates and arrange interviews Complete the full onboarding process for candidates, including issuing offers and contracts, Right to Work checks, References and arranging inductions. Keep candidate records up to date (in line with GDPR) Support recruitment events and early careers programmes (apprenticeships, STEM outreach, work experience) Produce reports to help track recruitment activity and costs Co-ordinate the recruitment for apprenticeship roles within the business. Other miscellaneous activities/project work deemed appropriate for the roleto support to assist with the efficient operation of the business. Deal with sensitive information with discretion, always maintaining confidentiality.

What We Are Looking For



Previous recruitment and admin experience Strong organisation and communication skills Attention to detail and ability to prioritise Confident working with data, systems, and multiple stakeholders
