Job Purpose

This is an exciting time to join the new National Wealth Fund as part of a growing team, as the organisation takes on a new, broader role in delivering the UK's economic growth and Net Zero objectives, building on the UK Infrastructure Bank's leadership and experience to date.
Location: Hybrid working with a minimum of 3 days per week in the Leeds office.
Salary: c35,000 pro rata, 6-9 month fixed term contract

Role Purpose: The Talent Acquisition Analyst will support the HR team by sourcing, identifying and engaging top talent to proactively meet the National Wealth Fund's hiring requirement. This role involves building a strong candidate pipeline through various channels and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. As an integral member of the HR team the Resourcing Analyst will coordinate the recruitment process by scheduling interviews, managing candidate communications, and collaborating with HR team members and Hiring Managers across a large volume of roles, to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring experience. They will also maintain accurate records and provide regular updates on recruitment activities and progress.
Key Accountabilities:Source and identify potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, LinkedIn and our Workday candidate database (our applicant tracking system). Screen candidate CVs and applications to shortlist qualified candidates. Conduct initial telephone or video interviews to assess candidate suitability. Prepare and distribute comprehensive interview packs to interview panel members, within appropriate time frames, ensuring all necessary information is provided to facilitate effective and informed interview decisions. Coordinate and support assessment centres and schedule interviews between candidates and interview panel members. Maintain and update Workday with accurate candidate information. Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs. Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment activities and progress to the HR team. Ensuring a seamless end-to-end recruitment process with positive candidate experience by managing communications and providing timely feedback

Skills and Experience Required:Strong communication skills: Ability to effectively communicate with candidates and hiring managers. Organisational skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently. Attention to detail: Ensuring accuracy in candidate information and recruitment documentation. Interpersonal skills: Building and maintaining positive relationships with candidates and team members. Technical proficiency: Familiarity with Workday essential. Sourcing expertise: Experience in using various channels to identify and attract top talent. Time management: Efficiently managing recruitment timelines and deadlines. Knowledge of recruitment best practices: Understanding of current trends and strategies in talent acquisition. Knowledge of government and/or financial services sector. Excellent Excel skills, with an ability to manipulate and analyse large volumes of data essential.
