The pivotal role of Talent Acquisition Assistant is crucial in supporting the business across various departments during the hiring process. As the face of REST throughout the candidate journey, you will serve as an ambassador, ensuring a fair and seamless experience for all.
We are seeking a 'people person' to join our thriving business and contribute to our ambitious plans for growth. In this role, you will collaborate directly with our Management Team, taking charge of the sourcing and onboarding processes for new hires.
Key duties include:
Conducting sourcing, interviews, and onboarding for candidates across different departments.
Proficiently utilising diverse sourcing methods to generate candidate interest.
Participating in training courses across departments to enhance understanding of the business and its expansion strategies.
Collaborating with our management team to enhance onboarding and training processes through automation.
Integrating into our management team to contribute to the growth of our HR and talent acquisition functions.
