HCB Widdows Mason is looking for a proactive and organised Talent Acquisition Assistant to join our Talent Acquisition Manager. In this role, you will play a crucial part in attracting and selecting top talent for our firm while supporting various recruitment initiatives.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Assisting in the recruitment process by posting job openings on various platforms and managing incoming applications.
Screening resumes and conducting initial phone interviews to assess candidate suitability.
Coordinating interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring smooth communication throughout the process.
Maintaining and updating the applicant tracking system to ensure accurate records are kept.
Conducting reference checks and background verifications for prospective employees.
Supporting the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a positive experience.
Assisting in the development of talent acquisition strategies and initiatives to enhance the recruitment process.
Providing administrative support to the HR team as needed.
