THE ROLE:

As Talent Acquisition, you will be responsible for identifying new talent, building and maintaining relationships with consultants coming into the business & play a monumental part in the expansion of the business.

You will be empowered to make creative decisions and be part of a transparent meritocratic environment. You will have complete control of your own path and progression. How quickly you up the ranks, is up to you! A growth mindset is encouraged to enable you to be the best you can be.

Working with senior stakeholders across the business, you will identify talent from a graduate level up to senior positions within the business. You will grow to take on the ownership of this function as the company grows. We will give you all of the tools you need in order to be successful, all we ask is that you come with an ambitious mindset & ready to fully immerse yourself in all aspects of the business!

There will be an exciting opportunity for you in the future, where you will take the lead on growing out our office in America with a potential to travel out there.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

Someone who is self-disciplined and independently proactive

Someone who enjoys speaking to people on the phone and building relationships

Strong desire to pursue a career in sales (hungry to hit targets)

Soneone who has a passion to support a business and be an integral part of its growth

Articulate (verbally and written) & the ability to build rapport

Will be inquisitive, will want to ask questions in order to better themselves

Be a team player - someone who will be motivated by the people around them but also look to keep the standards high across the business

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From 27,000.00 per year

Expected hours: No more than 28 per week
