We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Associate to join our team. This is a part-time role (18-21 hours per week) based in our Bournemouth office, with some travel to our Poundbury office, so having your own transport is essential.

We're flexible on how the hours are worked, and they can be spread over two or three days (Monday to Wednesday). This role offers a great opportunity to make a real impact in a growing, people-focused business.

This is a hands-on recruitment role where you'll blend strong communication, good judgement, and excellent organisation to deliver a smooth and engaging experience for every candidate. You'll be supported by smart technology, including AI tools for attraction and screening, but it's your personal touch that ensures candidates feel valued, informed, and excited to join the Gungho journey.

What you'll be doing:



You'll manage the full recruitment process from first click to first day. That includes:

Overseeing AI-assisted recruitment tools to ensure efficiency and professionalism.

Advertising vacancies across the company website, social media, and job boards.

Coordinating and conducting interviews with hiring managers, offering guidance and insights on selection decisions.

Partnering with the internal marketing team to craft creative job adverts and strengthen our employer brand.

Managing our Indeed account and ensuring job campaigns are both effective and cost-efficient.

Communicating clearly and consistently with candidates, from interview scheduling through to offers.

Preparing offer letters, confirming start dates, and supporting onboarding logistics such as training schedules and location details.

Tracking recruitment performance and providing regular updates to management.

Ensuring every candidate experiences a warm, professional, and consistent Gungho welcome.

A Bit of Variety

Alongside recruitment, you'll also provide administrative support for the Bournemouth office. This includes maintaining supplies, helping with charity days and company events, and carrying out general tasks to support the smooth running of the office.

What You'll Bring

Proven experience in recruitment/talent acquisition (agency or in-house).

Excellent communication and organisational skills.

A proactive approach with a passion for connecting with people.

The ability to balance multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.

Confidence using digital tools and an interest in how AI is transforming recruitment.

A positive, team-oriented attitude.
