Talent Acquisition Coordinator (12 month fixed term contract)

As a Talent Acquisition (TA) Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in creating a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers. From job postings to onboarding, you'll be the operational backbone of our recruitment process.


This is a role for someone who thrives on organisation, has a sharp eye for detail, and enjoys juggling multiple priorities - all while keeping things running effortlessly behind the scenes.

What you'll do:




No two days will be the same. You'll:

Post engaging job adverts across job boards and platforms, showcasing our employer brand Schedule interviews and coordinate diaries, ensuring candidates and managers are always in sync Keep our ATS (iRecruit) accurate and up to date Process offers and handle pre-employment checks (right-to-work, references, background screening) alongside hiring managers Support managers with onboarding documentation and compliance requirements Share candidate feedback and keep the process moving at pace Collaborate with TA Advisors and TA Partners to ensure campaigns run smoothly Contribute to candidate attraction activity when needed

What you'll bring:




We're looking for someone who:

Has experience in an administrative or coordination role (HR/recruitment experience a plus) Is confident with systems - ATS or HR platforms would be ideal Understands compliance basics (right-to-work, DBS, references) or is keen to learn Has outstanding organisation skills and thrives on attention to detail Communicates clearly and builds strong relationships with colleagues and candidates Stays calm, resilient, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
