Overview:


We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our People and Culture team. Thanks to the automation of key recruitment processes this role is uniquely positioned to focus on building meaningful relationships with candidates throughout every stage of the hiring journey. Your strong communication skills, proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and genuine enthusiasm for talent acquisition will be essential to your success.

Key Responsibilities:



Act as a primary point of contact, engaging with candidates at every step of the recruitment process to ensure a positive and seamless experience. Manage job postings across a range of platforms including job boards and social media to attract high-quality, diverse candidates. Utilise ATS tools such as Pinpoint or HiBob to track applicants, update records, and drive process efficiency. Assist in creating and refining job descriptions and specifications to ensure consistency and alignment with organisational needs. Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess qualifications and cultural fit. Maintain regular communication with candidates, providing timely updates and collecting feedback to continually enhance the candidate experience. Produce contracts of employment and coordinate the collection and management of required documentation for new hires. Manage the onboarding process, ensuring new hires have a smooth and well-supported transition into the organisation.

Requirements:



Previous experience in talent acquisition, HR, or recruitment coordination preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of engaging with candidates at all levels. Familiarity with ATS platforms such as Pinpoint or Workday. Experience with HRIS systems including HiBob and PeopleHR is a plus. Proficient in leveraging social media and digital channels for recruitment; understanding of lead generation techniques is advantageous. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, while also demonstrating initiative and self-direction. Outstanding organisational skills and attention to detail. Experience with LinkedIn is desirable, but not essential.
