Job Summary:



We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support our talent efforts and deliver an exceptional candidate experience. In this role, you will coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process, from posting jobs and coordinating interviews to managing candidate communications and supporting hiring managers. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for helping teams grow through effective hiring

practices.


Key Responsibilities:




Coordinate all aspects of the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, managing calendars, and liaising with candidates and hiring managers. Ensure that job boards, internal systems, and social media platforms are up to date. Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) to ensure accurate and up-to-date candidate records. Conduct initial screening calls or assessments as needed and assist with candidate shortlisting. Build trust and rapport with candidates through having a positive, approachable and friendly demeanour. Ensure that recruitment processes comply with GDPR, industry regulations, company policies and employment laws. Track recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, source of hire) and assist in preparing reports. Participate in career fairs, employer branding initiatives, and recruitment marketing campaigns. Continuously identify opportunities to improve the recruitment process and candidate experience.

Essential Qualities:




Proven experience in recruitment roles (3-4 years preferred). Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software tools Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage
multiple priorities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills. High attention to detail and ability to work with confidential information. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and collaboration tools(e.g Zoom, Teams). Passion for candidate experience and process improvement. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Knowledge of employment laws and recruitment best practices. Adaptability and problem-solving mindset.
