Who You Are




A passionate and credible recruiter who moves at start-up pace with a global mindset, scaling teams from 520 and more. Obsessed with data and hitting targets: you set targets like filling 20 roles in your first 6 months and run 2-week sprint cycles to hit them. A builder of experimentation: you A/B test sourcing channels, messaging, interview flows and continuously improve based on real metrics. A believer that with the right people we can tackle big problems--and you're driven to prove it every day.



What you'll do




Act as an ambassador for the EF brand both internally and externally to attract talented people who want to work for us. Create, implement and improve a talent acquisition strategy that builds a strong pipeline in key hiring markets. A-B test everything to learn what works best. Own the recruitment process end-to-end, partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, design job descriptions, source, screen, interview and close candidates. Build and maintain a proactive talent pipeline, leverage LinkedIn, referrals, university partnerships, agencies and guerrilla sourcing hacks to keep ahead of hiring needs in 20+ markets. Manage and optimize ATS & LinkedIn Recruiter to minimize time-to-fill and reduce administrative friction. Ensure world-class candidate experience by designing seamless interview journeys, collecting feedback loops, and ensuring experience matches expectations. Ensure managers carry out full onboarding and manage performance to identify and hiring mistakes quickly. Foster an internal mobility culture - connecting with EF employees to identify opportunities for growth or development in the organization. Occasionally collaborate with external recruiters on specific projects and build relationships with universities and other potential sources of talent.



What you bring




Minimum 4 years' experience within sales or recruiting, preferably in high-growth startups or fast-paced companies. A strong gut-instinct with ability to make decisions quickly and confidently. Enthusiastic and natural relationship-building and communication skills that can 'sell' us. Exceptional organizational skills and can work accurately in a fast-paced environment. Strong initiative, self-motivation and curious and analytical - able to research, innovate, learn and collaborate. Quickly. A passion for big missions, you believe people are the multiplier for impact. Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and an ATS (ideally Oracle) is a plus Fluency in English, competence in any additional languages is a plus.
