About the Role

As our

Talent Acquisition Manager

, you'll play a key role in driving recruitment across the UK and China for a range of creative, tech, and operational roles. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated recruiter who thrives on ownership, flexibility, and results.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and execute recruitment plans aligned with ongoing business needs

Independently manage the

entire recruitment cycle

, from job posting and CV screening to interviews and offer negotiations

Collaborate with hiring teams to deeply understand role requirements and hiring goals

Provide strategic input and improve recruitment tools, workflows, and candidate experience

(If assigned) Oversee and support junior recruiters or coordinate hiring projects

What We're Looking For:

Minimum 2 years of hands-on recruitment experience, with the ability to manage end-to-end hiring independently

Bonus points for experience in:

o Team management or project coordination

o HR modules such as employee relations, performance, L&D, or EDI

o UK recruitment or cross-border hiring

o Sales or high-communication backgrounds

A proactive problem-solver with strong cross-cultural communication skills (familiarity with both Chinese and UK work cultures is ideal)
