Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and strategic
Talent Acquisition Manager
to lead our global recruitment efforts and ensure we attract, hire, and retain top talent across all functions. This role requires a proactive and data-driven leader with a passion for building high-performing teams in a high-growth, international environment.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition Leadership
Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to support uhomes.com's global growth.
Manage full-cycle recruitment for key positions across departments including tech, operations, product, marketing, and sales.
Build strong talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, employer branding, campus recruitment, and partnerships.
Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure clarity of role requirements, evaluation criteria, and interview structure.
Team & People Management
Lead and manage the internal Talent Acquisition team and HR generalists, fostering a high-performance, collaborative environment.
Support workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational design in coordination with business leaders.
Oversee onboarding and integration processes to ensure successful ramp-up and retention.
Develop and implement HR policies, employee handbook, and internal communication standards.
Ensure consistent performance management practices and provide guidance on employee relations issues.
HR Operations & Strategy
Contribute to broader HR initiatives including compensation planning, engagement surveys, career pathing, and training programs.
Provide insights and data-driven recommendations to support leadership in making strategic people decisions.
Monitor HR compliance with local labor laws and ensure appropriate documentation and processes are in place.
Lead internal initiatives to improve employee experience, well-being, and organizational culture.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
Proven track record of hiring across tech, product, operations, and commercial functions
Strong knowledge of recruiting tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search techniques)
Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth, or startup environment preferred
Exceptional interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work cross-culturally in a global organization
