The Role




At Quantum, we're scaling fast and building the team to match. We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to help us find, engage, and hire high-performance talent across Product, Tech, Marketing, Commercial and Ops.


You'll be part of a small, sharp TA team, working alongside a fellow TA Manager and reporting into our TA Lead. We want someone who's hands-on, proactive, and comfortable owning the full recruitment lifecycle. Ideally, you'll bring experience from both agency and in-house settings, with a strong grasp of what great looks like in digital marketing, affiliate marketing or tech environments.


This isn't a coordinator role. It's a builder role. You'll help shape how we hire, how we show up as an employer brand, and how we grow as a business.

Key Responsibilities:



Own the full recruitment cycle from briefing to offer, across a wide range of functions Partner with hiring managers to structure roles, define profiles, and build talent pipelines. Use direct sourcing strategies to build strong pipelines Track and improve key recruitment metrics, focusing on speed, quality, and candidate experience Maintain operational discipline accurate tracking,seamless coordination, and clear reporting Continuously improve the recruitment process to reflect Quantum's values and high standards Support strategic projects: employer branding, benchmarking, careers site, DEI, and more

About You:



A strong track record of proactive sourcing and hiring top talent Experience hiring for digital marketing, affiliate marketing and/or tech roles Ideally a mix of agency and in-house recruitment experience Confidence partnering with senior stakeholders and influencing hiring decisions Familiarity with modern recruitment tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Cord, Ashby, Metaview or similar) Exceptional communication and project management skills A data-led mindset with a sharp eye for process improvement Resilience, energy and a team-first mindset You move fast, take feedback well, and know how to make things happen
