The opportunity:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Talent Acquisition professional to lead and evolve our hiring practices, to meet the requirements of a fast growing company. The remit requires a resourceful and tenacious professional capable of assembling talent pipelines in our key roles, many of which are in operational/ frontline roles. This is both a strategic and 360 hands-on recruiter role, requiring someone with experience in diverse and creative sourcing strategies...beyond LinkedIn.
You will be responsible for shaping our recruitment processes, promoting the employer brand, building scalable talent pipelines, and partnering with hiring managers to ensure the timely and effective delivery of recruitment campaign plans across multiple departments.
Location & Hours:
The role is permanent and based out of our beautiful HQ in Henham (CM22 6AA), enjoying a rural location, where lunch is provided onsite daily and ample parking. Working hours are 30 per week with flexibility in how these hours are distributed across the week. We offer an agile working approach, including the option to work one day per week from home.
