Talent Acquisition Manager



Based at either Ashby-de-la-Zouch or Slough,

with regular travel expected across all sites.

We operate a dynamic working model built on trust, choice and balance. Colleagues typically connect in person 3 days per week, as we know the best ideas and relationships grow when we collaborate side by side.

We also offer Dynamic Friday Hours, giving colleagues the opportunity to flex their time and finish early on a Friday, where the role allows.

About the role



This is a brilliant opportunity to lead Talent Acquisition at KP Snacks, shaping how we attract, engage and hire great people across our business. You'll work closely with the Head of OD & Talent, HR Leadership and site HR teams to deliver a forward-thinking TA strategy that supports our growth and reflects our values. From employer branding and early careers to recruitment operations and capability building, you'll make a real impact on how we position KP Snacks as a destination for talent. You'll lead and coach our Recruitment Partner, build strong relationships with hiring teams and senior stakeholders, and continuously improve how we recruit - ensuring every candidate has a positive, inclusive experience.

What will you be doing?



Lead the development and delivery of our Talent Acquisition strategy


Shape a forward-thinking approach that aligns with business priorities, workforce planning and our ambition to be a destination for talent

Build strong partnerships across HR and the wider business


Work closely with HR Business Partners, site HR teams and hiring managers to understand talent needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions

Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders


Provide insights on market trends, workforce challenges and recruitment performance to influence decision-making and drive strategic outcomes

Oversee recruitment operations across all UK sites


Ensure consistent, inclusive and high-quality hiring experiences, supported by efficient processes, systems and third-party relationships

Continuously improve our recruitment tools and systems


Optimise workflows, reporting and candidate experience through effective use of our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and other platforms

Manage the Talent Acquisition budget


Monitor spend, evaluate sourcing channels and ensure cost-effective recruitment with measurable return on investment

Coach and develop the Recruitment Partner


Provide day-to-day support, guidance and development opportunities to build capability and ensure effective delivery of operational recruitment

Lead our employer brand strategy


Collaborate with Communications to activate campaigns that enhance KP Snacks' visibility and reputation as a great place to work

Design and deliver Early Careers programmes


Develop apprenticeships, internships and graduate schemes that support talent pipelines and reflect our commitment to diversity and inclusion

Equip hiring teams with recruitment best practice


Partner with L&D to deliver toolkits, training and coaching on interviewing, candidate engagement and inclusive hiring

Deliver actionable recruitment insights


Use data and analytics to inform decisions, drive accountability and identify opportunities to improve how we attract and hire talent

Stay connected to external networks and trends


Bring fresh thinking and external insight into KP Snacks to evolve our approach and stay competitive in the talent market

Proven experience leading Talent Acquisition in a fast-paced, multi-site business


You've shaped and delivered recruitment strategies that support growth and reflect company values

Strong track record in managing the full vacancy lifecycle


From briefing through to offer, you've delivered high-quality, inclusive hiring experiences across a range of roles and functions

Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)


You're confident in workflow design, reporting, analysis and continuous improvement to drive efficiency and candidate experience

Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels


You're a natural partner and influencer, able to engage senior leaders, hiring managers and external suppliers to deliver joined-up solutions

Experience managing and developing others


You've coached and supported team members, helping them grow and deliver with confidence

Practical skills in recruitment marketing and employer branding


You know how to activate campaigns that boost visibility and attract diverse talent

Knowledge of early careers programme design and delivery


You understand how to build pipelines through apprenticeships, internships and graduate schemes
