Reporting to the Head of Colleague Experience,
you will play a key role in talent acquisition, leading the recruitment function whilst coaching and developing a
Junior Talent Acquisition Partner
to ensure a proactive and high-quality hiring process.
Key Accountabilities of the Talent Acquisition Manager
Collaborate with the hiring managers and people teams to develop and interpret the recruitment plan disseminating to deliver in line with the local people plan and broader business goals
Follow agreed process for the management of applicants and processing of candidate information for an agreed business area to ensure a common and consistent applicant experience
Facilitate the recruitment process through job posting, screening candidates, scheduling interviews and offering roles to expediently fill vacancies in a timely and cost sensitive manner
Utilise a broad range of sources to identify and attract appropriate talent and build a network of contacts to help develop a high quality pool of potential candidates for specific positions, building a pipeline for critical roles
Organise and lead the running of assessment centres, open days and at external job fairs, driving IPN as a employer of choice
Coach hiring managers and people teams on interviewing and candidates assessment techniques to drive enhanced business effectiveness
Gather, input and maintain candidate and recruitment data to ensure the integrity of our applicant tracking system, produce key metrics and provide talent acquisition management information reports.
Knowledge, skills and experience of the Talent Acquisition Manaer
Proven experience in a
Talent Acquisition, Recruitment Business Partner, or similar role
in a fast-paced environment.
Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to
influence and advise hiring managers
at all levels.
Leadership experience, with the ability to
mentor and develop a junior team member
.
Ability to thrive in a
high-volume recruitment
setting while maintaining attention to detail.
Experience using
applicant tracking systems (ATS)
and recruitment tools.
Passion for
talent acquisition, employer branding, and delivering an outstanding candidate experience

Salary: Competitive
15% annual company bonus scheme
Hours: 37.5 hours per week - Monday to Friday
