About the Job

The Talent Acquisition Manager is a new position at the IB, created to deliver a sector-leading, inclusive, and innovative talent acquisition strategy that supports the IB's People Strategy, Capability Framework, and Leadership Development agenda. The Talent Acquisition Manager will position IB as an employer of choice, drive internal mobility, and ensure a world-class candidate and hiring manager experience.


The Talent Acquisition Manager will leverage data, technology, and strong stakeholder relationships to attract, develop, and retain diverse talent, supporting the organisation's growth and transformation.


This role will work with Talent Acquisition Specialists to source high quality global talent across multi disciplines. Partnering also with HR business partners and both internal/external stakeholders, the role will provide a high quality recruitment service which is flexible, cost effective, focused on business need, and delivered with professionalism.
