At LHCPG, we're looking for a Talent Acquisition Officer who sees recruitment as more than filling vacancies -- someone who understands that every hire is an opportunity to strengthen our culture, performance, and purpose.


This is not a transactional recruitment role -- it's about partnership. You'll work closely with managers, teams, and external partners to understand the needs of the business and bring the right people into the right roles at the right time.

What You'll Do:



Collaborate with leaders to design smart, values-driven hiring strategies. Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners. Manage the full recruitment journey -- from crafting engaging job adverts to seamless onboarding experiences. Take a holistic view of talent acquisition, continuously improving processes, systems, and candidate experience. Use data and insight to drive smarter decisions and help shape our people strategy. Track and support probation reviews, ensuring compliance and timely completion Produce weekly recruitment reports and metrics for senior review Support wider People & Culture projects, process improvements, and audits

About You




You're more than a recruiter -- you're a connector, a listener, and a problem solver. You thrive on collaboration and have a real passion for helping people and organisations grow together.

What You Need:



5+ years' experience in an HR/People function, ideally in recruitment A strategic, solutions-focused approach to improving recruitment practices. Proven ability to manage multiple recruitment campaigns end-to-end Experience using ATS and HRIS platforms (e.g. Hireful, Breathe) Working knowledge of UK Employment Law and GDPR compliance Excellent organisational and administrative skills with strong attention to detail Great communication skills--professional, approachable, and clear Proactive, flexible, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment CIPD Level 5 qualified
