You'll be instrumental in ensuring our hiring processes reflect our commitment to equity, diversity, and belonging--making MAG a place where everyone can thrive.

What You'll Be Doing:

Use data to drive decisions

Ensure compliance and consistency

--standardise workflows, conduct audits, and align recruitment practices with regulatory and operational requirements.

Stay ahead of the curve

--bring fresh thinking from the wider TA industry to evolve how we work and continuously improve.

The Impact You'll Make:

Supporting a workforce of

8,000+ colleagues

across MAG. Enhancing operational efficiency, candidate experience, and recruitment quality. Equipping TA Partners with the tools, training, and insights they need to support hiring managers and promote inclusive hiring. Driving measurable improvements in diversity outcomes and embedding inclusive practices across the recruitment lifecycle.

What You'll Decide:

Which recruitment technologies and automation tools to invest in--and how to implement them for maximum impact. How we position MAG in the talent market--from the tone of our careers site to the messaging in our campaigns. Which metrics matter most--and how to use them to influence hiring strategies, resource allocation, and process improvements.

This is more than a job--it's a chance to lead meaningful change.
