What You'll Be Doing



Developing creative, targeted attraction campaigns

across modern channels including social media, digital platforms, and our careers website--bringing energy and innovation to every touchpoint

Building strategic talent pipelines

by collaborating with hiring managers to anticipate future needs and proactively sourcing exceptional candidates

Enhancing our employer brand

through compelling storytelling, engagement strategies, and cutting-edge digital sourcing techniques that make us stand out

Creating seamless candidate journeys

from first contact to offer, ensuring every interaction reflects our values and leaves a lasting positive impression

Using data analytics and insights

to continuously refine strategies, improve time-to-hire, and demonstrate the impact of your innovative approaches

What You'll Bring



Proven experience in talent acquisition, employer branding, or recruitment marketing Deep understanding of modern digital sourcing techniques, social media platforms, and emerging recruitment technologies Track record of developing innovative attraction campaigns that deliver measurable results Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data insights into strategic actions Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities, with confidence in building trusted advisor relationships Passion for inclusive hiring practices and commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion Creative mindset with energy and enthusiasm for staying ahead of industry trends
