At KFH we are looking for a talent acquisition partner to join our Talent Acquisition team.

What's the role?

Communicate with candidates and hiring managers by phone, email and face-to-face maintaining company standards. Source candidates directly including through job portals and headhunting. Communicate regularly with stakeholders. Organise interviews with all parties. Provide high levels of customer service. Experience in recruitment or talent acquisition. Ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues. Collaborative mindset and willingness to share knowledge. Proactive approach to continuous improvement.
