We have an exciting new opportunity to join the Talent Acquisition team as an Early Careers Talent Acquisition Partner. In this busy role, you will work closely with Talent Acquisition Manager to ensure provision of a full and seamless recruitment service across site for early career recruitment campaigns.

Key Accountabilities:

  • To review and process map all processes and procedures making recommendations for change to ensure legal compliance, responsible resourcing, and best practice.
  • To manage and/or facilitate the end to end early careers recruitment process ensuring an excellent candidate and management experience
  • To be recognised as an EC Talent Acquisition subject matter expert within your business sector providing advice and guidance to your client group to support their needs.
  • To ensure that all EC Talent Acquisition activities are carried out in a responsible and ethical way.
  • To attend careers fairs, representing Bakkavor Early Careers
  • Working closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager to create engaging advertisements that align with our brand and attraction strategy for all job advertisements which is consistent across the group.
  • Manage indeed budget to ensure candidate attraction is maximised.
  • In conjunction with the Talent Acquisition Manager develop, monitor and adhere to SLA\'s for the Early Careers Campaign
  • To manage the candidate journey through the ATS system always ensuring accuracy
  • Demonstrating great attention to detail and working in a methodical manner to maintain the correct record of live vacancies on the applicant tracking system and ensure candidate records are maintained on the applicant tracking system.
  • Ensure all external job adverts are kept updated for the duration of all early careers campaigns to achieve maximum candidate attraction and an exceptional candidate journey!
  • By having great working relationships liaise with the sites to arrange assessment centres/interviews for apprentice recruitment. Ensuring Bakkavor is seen an employer of choice and they comply with all corporate policy and current legislation and deliver a truly memorable candidate experience.
  • Facilitation of early careers assessment centres both virtually and on site.
  • Provide regular communication and interaction with key stakeholders i.e. Head of Talent Acquisition, Talent Acquisition Manager, EC Manager, Site HR & Line Managers ensuring appropriate information is shared at the appropriate timings
  • To proactively identify, raise and resolve issues and concerns around the recruitment process for candidates whilst identifying those issues which need to be escalated to the Talent Acquisition Manager
  • Provide management information reports for the early career\'s recruitment campaigns highlighting trends and issues & showcasing the key KPI\'s
About you
  • You will have previous experience of working within a talent acquisition role - preferably dealing with early careers recruitment.
  • Experience working as a business partner with senior stakeholder manager experience in a matrix organisation.
  • Previous experience of working within a shared service recruitment function across a complex matrix organisation
  • Proven ATS experience or equivalent
  • Sound influencing skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships both internally and externally.
  • Creative and innovative with a willingness to challenge the status quo.
