Annual Salary: \xc2\xa340,000-\xc2\xa355,000

In the last six months, the TA Team have made over 350 offers. We show no signs of slowing down. We are now looking to hire a new Senior Talent Acquisition Partner specialising in Tech, to join the team of recruiters turning Twinkl\'s ambitious growth plans into a reality.

As our Senior Tech TA Partner, you\'ll have ownership over delivering talent into Twinkl\'s technology teams, hiring across web & app development, data & analytics, CRO, UX & IT infrastructure. You\'ll do this by utilising a variety of different tools and approaches to identify, engage and assess exceptional candidates within a typically competitive industry. You will be a key contributor to our hiring process, ensuring a positive candidate experience. We\'ll provide full guidance and training on how we\'ve approached tech recruitment in the past, but you\'ll also have the freedom to suggest, trial and implement your own sourcing and end-end recruitment strategies, based on your own research and ideas. Responsibilities A typical day could include:

  • Utilising a suite of sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, X-ray search etc.) to identify passive tech talent.
  • Sending personalised outreach messages to build our talent pipeline.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand requirements and develop recruitment strategies;
  • Conduct full-cycle recruiting including sourcing, interviewing, and closing candidates;
  • Develop and maintain online and offline recruitment channels;
  • Collaborate with other members of the HR team to develop and maintain hiring policies and procedures;
  • Partner with hiring managers to develop effective job descriptions, interview questions, and evaluation criteria specific to each role, ensuring alignment with the company\'s culture and values.
  • Manage interview processes and conduct interview debriefs;
  • Maintain candidate records and progress in our ATS;
  • Maintain and improve internal processes to streamline the hiring process.

  • Stakeholder management and how to communicate with a variety of people across the business, including SLT.
  • How to use our applicant tracking system Workable.
You\'ll work with:
  • A wide variety of technology leaders, including Twinkl\'s CTO who will be your main stakeholder.
  • The Talent Acquisition Team: Hope, Claire, Frazer M, Sarah, Charlotte, Fazer S, Rikki and Saska.
  • The People Team. Twinkl\'s forward-thinking \xe2\x80\x9cHR\xe2\x80\x9d department that covers people operations, learning and development, wellbeing, diversity and inclusion and leadership.
Requirements:

We\'re interested in anyone who meets the following criteria:
  • 3+ years of technical recruiting experience;
  • Has some knowledge of different programming languages and adjacent technologies within the tech space - we don\'t expect coders or experts, but some exposure or interest prior to joining would be beneficial
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or relevant field;
  • Experience recruiting for a globally distributed team;
  • Familiarity with various sourcing channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter and job boards;
  • Experience in using applicant tracking systems;
  • Strong understanding of the recruitment life cycle, techniques, and best practices;
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Experience with headhunting
