About the Role


As a

Talent Acquisition Partner

, you will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, working closely with senior managers and stakeholders to attract and secure the best talent for the University. You'll use your expertise to provide strategic guidance on recruitment practices and ensure a seamless, inclusive candidate experience.

Your role will involve developing tailored attraction strategies, leveraging digital platforms such as LinkedIn, and proactively sourcing talent through innovative methods. You'll also contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that shape the University's evolving recruitment service, helping to embed more efficient, technology-enabled processes.

You'll form and chair recruitment panels, analyse hiring data to inform decisions, and design training to upskill managers - all while ensuring alignment with the University's diversity and inclusion goals. About You


Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes across a variety of professional roles. Expertise in using LinkedIn Recruiter and other digital platforms for proactive candidate sourcing, with strong Boolean search skills. Comprehensive understanding of UK employment law and recruitment best practice, including diversity and inclusion principles. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the confidence to advise and influence at all levels. Strong organisational ability, capable of managing multiple recruitment campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
